***The Pharmacy does not open until 9:00 am on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month due to clinic meetings***
Our location at 839 W Congress St., Tucson, AZ 85745 has extended hours until 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
CVS EXCLUSIONS FOR YOEME HEALTH PROGRAM MEMBERS:
Participating CVS Pharmacies will fill emergency prescriptions for Yoeme Health Program (YHP) Patients after hours. The hours available for Members to request prescriptions are: After 9:00 pm through 7:00 am Monday-Friday or after 5:00 pm on Saturdays (please use El Rio Congress Pharmacy before these times).
As well as anytime on Sundays and Federal Holidays (this does NOT include Tribal Holidays).
It will be the Patient’s responsibility to request the remainder of the prescription and/or refill to be transferred to an El Rio Pharmacy.
You may receive up to a 5 day supply on any emergency prescriptions excluding the following class of medications. Below is a list of medications that cannot be filled from the CVS after hours plan:
Prescriptions for the above medications must be filled and picked up at an El Rio Pharmacy during regular business hours.

After your appointment, please check in with a pharmacy staff member, either in person or by phone, so that we can provide you a wait time. We assist patients on a first come, first serve basis and will provide you an appropriate time based on the number of medications you are receiving and the number of patients ahead of you. We appreciate your patience as we learn to improve in providing better patient safety and satisfaction.
Please allow one business day for all refills called into the automated refill system. This will allow us to have all your medications ready at time of pick up, in case we are out of stock or need to contact your doctor. If your doctor has not responded in three days, please contact their office. You are encourage to order your meds up to 7 days in advance (excluding controlled medications, which can only be filled every 30 days or when you are scheduled to run out). Don’t forget to ask if you are eligible for our auto-refill and auto-call program!
